We pack all the good food and party supplies up in tubs and take our magic monthly birthday parties to the kids at after school programs and community centers. We also provide case workers and foster families with “birthday boxes.”
We partner with many Ohio organizations in Miami, Montgomery and Shelby Counties (Hamilton County coming soon).

We create moments of joy and belonging for children experiencing poverty by giving them a meaningful birthday celebration that reminds them they matter, they are seen, and they are deeply loved.
We pack up healthy snacks, decorations, games, crafts, presents and treat bags, and we take the party TO THE KIDS at partnering locations.
Each cupcake is baked specially by one of our awesome staff or volunteers! We also switch it up sometimes and provide fancy donuts, brownies or specialty treats.
All handmade with love to make the party special.
Each birthday child gets to choose a gift, valued between $15-$25, from the gift table we set up at every party. Teenagers love gift cards, so we offer $25 food, fun or shopping gift cards to the older kids, which they LOVE! Generous donors make these gifts possible.
We bring games and/or crafts to each party! It’s so fun for the birthday kids to share their joy with friends playing their favorite games or creating a special birthday craft they get to keep.
Our birthday boxes are thoughtfully curated by our staff for children experiencing foster care or involvement in the court system. Each birthday box includes: cake pan, cake mix, frosting, sprinkles, balloons, candles, decor, presents and treat bags.
We host community events and private parties, showers, trainings and more at our location. The booking fee for using our stunning space helps fund our nonprofit, enabling us reach more children from hard places.
We exist to celebrate children who might not otherwise be celebrated. This includes kids experiencing poverty, homelessness, abuse, neglect and/or kids involved in the courts. We reach these kids through partnering agencies.
We Love Birthday Parties does not provide birthday parties for private families or individuals.
We come alongside foster families, CASA volunteers, county case workers, teachers, law enforcement officers and others who know of a child in need on their birthday.
We create beautiful birthday boxes for these children so they are not forgotten on their special day. Each birthday box includes a reusable canvas storage tote filled with cake pan, cake mix, frosting, candles, sprinkles, balloons, decor, presents and treat bags. Birthday boxes are ordered from us by the above agencies. We DO NOT provide birthday boxes for the general public.

Absolutely. Group support is one of the sweetest ways our community shows up for kids. We can help your group choose a drive theme, gather supplies, or serve together at an upcoming party.
